Senior Team Leaders

We have had an exciting position available within our premises for an experienced Team Leader / Function Supervisor. This is an exciting and rare opportunity as we offer career progression and a stable working environment.

Your responsibilities as a Team Leader with the Atlantic Group [v] will include:

• Liasing with Operations Managers regarding all aspects of the operation
• Supervising a team of Food and Beverage Attendants, before, during and after functions
• Provide training and support to the food and beverage staff as well as the team leaders
• Maintaining a happy and positive outlook at all times during work
• Running of functions in accordance with the Atlantic Group [v] guidelines

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in the functions/events sector; and the drive to establish a career with the Atlantic Group [v]. 1 to 2 years of management or supervisory experience is a must for this position.
