PENINSULA

Peninsula is the largest and most avant-garde of our waterside venues. Described as a sublime warehouse conversion, it's design was inspired by London's iconic Tate Modern Museum and features nine metre high ceilings, exposed trusses and floor to ceiling windows flanked by the original cargo doors. Peninsula's décor is a contemporary colour palette of black, white and grey and includes a stunning 66-metre crystal chandelier showcased along one side of the room. The sheer size of the venue combined with its industrial heritage and prime waterside location makes it truly unique.

Great attention has been placed on the culinary experience to create restaurant quality menus. Peninsula's refined, modern Australian menu includes an extensive array of plated dishes from traditional style through to more exotic creations designed by the Atlantic Group [v]'s Executive Chef - Catering Operations, Tom Milligan. In keeping with the versatility of the venue, a wide range of speciality food stations are available as well as an informal BBQ menu.
